My Performer has stolen the Stacker, and the kettle conversion was getting neglected and in need of a facelift, so this is what happens when the Cajun Bandits collide!

Couple cans of Dupli-Color Engine Red later....

Happy Cooker ash pan, criss/crossed grates wired to the Stainless charcoal ring, 20 Qt. Stainless mixing bowl waterpan/heat diverter..

Added angle brackets for a 3rd cook grate...

It is an "N" Master-Touch, which I got in a trade for a pristine Red Silver w/3 vents from Mark- a known lurker here that has PAS  (Pit Acquisition Syndome)  far worse than myself,  and he's working on a Yellow 22" and Smokenating the Red Silver!

A WSM Guru adapter will be installed with a kill plug, and I may get another 3/16" steel disc like I'm using on the Stacker...

Time to get it dirty!

I cook on: Backwoods Gater, Lang 36, Hunsaker Smokers, Pellet Pro 22" WSM, BGE's, WSM's, Cajun Bandits, PK Grills, Drum Smokers, Genesis Silver C, Weber Q's, Cookshack 008, Little Chief, La Caja China #2, Lodge Sportsman...oh yeah! Weber Kettles! Kamado restoration and pit modification hack!

Now that's how you set up a smoker! We must have gone to the same kamado school because people thought I was nuts on the wsm site when I set my old 18 and 22 wsm's and even kettles up that way. Wait until you see what i'm cooki'n up. ;)
