Hey guys,

Been looking for a 26" for the longest, and wanted a Flat top after seeing G's collection of them. I was finally able to nail one down, a "P" code. I need some parts and I figured some of you have all the info at your fingertips and was hopeful you kind WKC folks can help me out. I was going to do my normal crazy restoration on it, but to be honest, I'm planning to use it, a lot, and I want to just buy all new replacement parts.

Here's some of my questions:

Does any 26" OT replacement system work, or is there an old and new style like on a performer?

Grates. Does those grill mark 26" grates work in this one?

I would like to replace the legs, wheels, ashpan, all of it in one shot. Anyone got that replacement part number or the part?

Some pics to look at.

How about this mod? A 26" Seville cart.

Thanks for your help!

Grill Mark grate does work, I like those, the New Weber stuff for the new 26" does not work, the grill grates are different sizes.  However you can still put them in there they just don't rest on the tabs.  I believe you can use the new 26" ash sweep.  Not sure if the new legs and triangle will work.  Did you get an ash pan with the grill?  Is it the twist kind?  If you did I'd be willing to make a deal with you for the ash pan....

Lmao! I did the same thing with my seville. I gave a defeated sigh and installed it into a OTP cart.

The grill mark grates are too small. I bought 2 of em when they were on sale a while back but they only catch 3 of the 4 grate tabs in the bowl. They also don't have flip up doors.

Just to clarify...I have a DE code 26r
Seville. CnB performer:blue,green,gray. 26r. 18otg. Karubeque C-60.

No, it was a rolled edge ash pan. Was it supposed to have a twist or was this a year where they changed it?

Congrats on the score! On mine, (an EO) although the one-touch blades have "26" stamped on them, the dimensions were exactly the same as the 7409.

I had some difficulty having the grillmark grates from ACE delivered to me or local stores... seems like they wouldn't deliver to a NY address?  I ended up shipping them to my daughter in DC... they were a steal at $3.75 each.

Model number is 81001 if you want to check out ereplacements for parts.

I'm not sure the grill mark grate are made for the newer 26ers, is the DE code still a flat top?

Heyjude

I would just clean up the parts you have. Get a new One touch for it.
I would also like to see the ash pan that you have.  I am curious to know if they are the same as a 22.

After cooking on my first flat-top 26 yesterday (Marty's flawless black beauty, spin-marks in the lid gorgeously displayed), I am definitely jealous of your score tattoo!  Looking forward to watching your restoration and seeing some food on that thing!

I just checked my pan against a 22 and it's the same size
Anyone have the part number for the cooking grill? Who knows Weber may have some stashed away somewhere

Ok I'm going to answer my own question

Looks like the part number is 71201
It's weird that the 22 and 26 ash pans have different part numbers

I have the same P code 26er and love it!!
Interested to know whether yours has the spin marks on the lid and bowl like Mike mentioned? It's hard to tell from the pics
