Every now and then a nice paninazzo there is good and the other night my wife said to me: ' Tonight we eat fish! ' I say, ' Okay ' .
I start to browse the books and at some point I find this sandwich from the inviting and full of flavor ... without thinking I make a list of what I need and prepare a dressing consisting of:
oil
black olives
basil
Red wine vinegar
shallot
capers
Grain mustard
Salt and pepper
Tuna Steak 800 gr
For the dressing just chop all the ingredients , combine all ingredients in a bowl and put it in the fridge to rest for a couple of hours!
I cooked the tuna in a direct high- T for a few minutes per side, then I have to rest a little and cut in small pieces and then add them to the dressing. I combine everything together and start to stuff a nice sandwich off from below to above the following sequence: tuna with dressing , tomato, boiled eggs , arugula and a drizzle of mustard of French 's Smooth & Spicy that makes me crazy . It was a rare kindness that I have done a few sandwiches were so good ... I still remember the taste as memorable !
