1st Roti cook...thanks Duke

Got a Roti thanks to Duke, traded a couple old kettles for it and could be happier.

Ring in coals heating up

Rubbed with Jimmy Dongs 5 knuckle

Some cherry and hickory

See you soon, had a great beverage while waiting

And done, broke my therm so wing it a little. Went 1.5 hours, meat was still tender but should've pulled sooner for optimum moistness. With a long brine it's always tender.


Meal was plated with some roasted taters, carrots and onions with a side salad.
