Meatloaf with a Twist

I put together the mixture that I use for hamburger patties.
Usually a 50-50 combo of ground beef and ground pork, plus some other top secret ingredients.
I like to allow it to set-up / firm-up in the fridge for 24 hours or so.
Going on with a chunk of apple wood.
Coming off after 1 hour, 10 minutes.
Time to slice. I rolled into it a greens mixture consisting of baby spinach, baby kale, and baby chard .... so healthy!!
Time for some homemade gravy ... delicious meal.

1 lb each of the ground meats, plus the "other" stuff.
I would say it was probably no more than 2.5 lbs.
