i have recently gotten the bbq bible by steven raichelen, weber's complete bbq book, weber's ultimate bbq book and another by love books entitiled the big book of bbq.

the big book of bbq is ok, the grilling/bbqing info is basic generic stuff, but with this site i dont really need that info, its worth reading non the less, it has some decent recipe's with some decent colour photos of the finished food.

the two weber books are good, plenty of grilling/bbqing info and some really good recipe's, again they both contain some decent photos of the finished food.

the bbq bible, as well as the grilling info, has quite a few interesting bits and bobs about bbqing from around the world and the recipe's, like the others, are pretty good, this one however does not contain any photos of the finished cooking but does have 500 recipe's.

I need a red head in my life, and a roti ring.
