Turducken loaf
« on: September 18, 2012, 02:17:49 PM »
Okay, I have ground turkey, duck and chicken. So what does one do when they have ground turkey, duck, chicken? Turducken loaf, that's what. My question is... should it all be mixed together, or layout in separate layers and rolled up? I'm not sure how mixing it all together would taste, you certainly wouldn't get the specifics of each bird, so I'm leaning towards the layering.

To stay true to the original I would do seperate layers. You could use stuffing or sauted spinich in between each layer so that they do not become one.

I kept the layers separate, came out pretty good, needed more duck though. I posted this in the Throw-down forum on the virtual site... here's the link
