Last Sunday I finally had some time to fire up some kettles for some grub - both lunch and dinner.
Lunch
Roasted peppers and grilled squash
Grilled mahi mahi
Dinner
Roasted corn (in foil) and sautéing some veggies in the CI.
Browning up some brats from a local polish meat market
Simmering with the peppers/onions
Sorry no plated pics and not real fancy, but both were tasty.
