Chicken and Ribs
« on: June 30, 2012, 05:29:04 PM »
Fired up the Santa Maria grill with some red oak and grilled up a rack of beef ribs, some marinaded chili lime cilantro chicken and grilled up some corn.

Plated with some leftover spinach from last night.

That really looks tasty John! How did the beef ribs come out. I just bought myself a couple racks today. What's your method on the SMG?  BTW, I am working with a guy that's setting up an SMG for me. I love watching that grill in action. Please keep sharing cooks on it. I remember that seafood cook you did last year around Thanksgiving that I still dram about.  :D

Super meal as usual John!  I've seen you do the spinach dish before and it looks great.  How about sharing a recipe now!!
