Started with a slab of spares.

Trimmed up and seasoned.

Roasting some corn for Salsa.

On the kettle with two chunks of smoke wood.

Let the cooking begin.
 
Glazed with some Captain Rodney's sweet and spicy glaze.

Plated sorry about the crappy picture quality.

I will have to try doing ribs on the kettle at some point, looks good, post pictures of them finished please :)
Wanted: 18" Platinum any color will work
This is my Kettle there are many like it but this one is mine......
