Sunday Cook
« on: August 26, 2012, 09:44:36 AM »
Started with a slab of spares.

Trimmed up and seasoned.

Roasting some corn for Salsa.

On the kettle with two chunks of smoke wood.

Let the cooking begin.

Glazed with some Captain Rodney's sweet and spicy glaze.

Plated sorry about the crappy picture quality.
