I have a question about the legs on 26" flat top I recently bought from 1960s. I trying to restore it and the legs are shot. My question is will the current replacement legs from Weber fit this old one or do I have to make my own somehow.

Based on the pics in your original post, I do not understand how the legs are "shot".
They appear to be in decent condition.
Please keep in mind that the kettle is 60ish years old.
It's pretty much in weathered warrior condition.
Having nice shiny legs will give it an odd look. Just my opinion.

It's your kettle, so do as you wish.

Make them laugh, and while their mouths are open, pour the truth in.

I guess I shouldn't say they're shot one of them is in bad shape.   Got a good size hole in it.  Like someone cut I piece out of it.  The other ones are ok.  Just need cleaned up.

If you search through the forums, you'll find that there is a shower rod from Home Depot (if memory serves) that fits & looks like original (after you cut it to size), so you could cut to whatever length you need.
