Filets on the Summit

Found a nice price on some choice filets at Costco this weekend and grilled them up Saturday night - nothing fancy, just some salt and pepper on ours, salt on Beaux's.  He was very happy and so were we!  We've been enjoying lettuce wedges instead of a full salad lately.... Blue cheese on these with some Texas Toast croutons made a tasty side.
