The original cover that came with my performer grill lasted near 3 years. The replacements have averaged 1 year. still mostly intact with wear holes at hard contact points. when i bought my last one i had a brain fart. i install the new one on top of the old one which cushions the new one. approaching my 3rd year with the newest one.
