Not always fancy around here, but usually very tasty!  Kellee marinated these all day yesterday in a mix of olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, parsley, thyme and lemon zest.  I gave the Q time to get ripping hot then turned it down to low for a few and grilled these to 130F.  They rested to about 147F - perfect.  These were some of the best chops we've had.  I even ate broccoli!  Added some obligatory pics of my crowded deck.  Had a chicken on the Recteq going for Beaux as well.....

Cheers

Those chops look delicious.
I love broccoli. But smothered in butter and salt, or cheese, probably takes away the healthy aspect. ;D

Kellee made a cheese sauce for the broccoli, since she doesn't do mac n cheese.
Would have been bad manners for me to bypass that option!

Apologies, I think I gave the wrong impression - the remark about butter, salt and cheese refers to how "I" like
to eat broccoli. Healthy choices are not really my strong point. LOL
Her cheese sauce looks great and agreed, no way you could pass that up!

No apologies necessary, all fun and games around here!  She did take the rest of the broccoli to work the next day and ate it all - without cheese sauce or seasoning of any kind.  She said no more of that stuff for a while.; )

Big Dawg

Another tasty treat, including some nice yardbird for Beaux.
