Broke in the new rotisserie today, really enjoyed this one!

larry4406 asked so here you go!

12 skinless boneless chicken thighs just stretched onto the skewer, clamped up super tight! marinaded overnight; olive oil, salt, pepper, 3 chopped garlic cloves, one whole diced onion, loads of cumin, cinnamon, fennel, turmeric, paprika onion powder, garlic powder, oregano

Tomato, onions, salt, pepper, olive oil in the drip tray for the first hour (then blended to make a sauce)

3 hours total at around 175, spiked to 200 for a while but didn't seem to matter

Lightly Trimmed the outside off for a snack after first hour (otherwise too crispy)

Also pulled veg out to blend

Again after second hour

Third hour hacked it all up

Served with flatbreads, salad, fries and the home made sauce (stick it all into the flat bread and you have a Gyros)

Very creative and inspiring.  I've been looking on Facebook Marketplace for a rotisserie accessory near me but no such luck.

Definitely recommend the onlyfire one, the porcelain enamel one is half the price of webers. Stainless steel little more expensive bur still a lot cheaper than OEM

The only fire rotisserie is a bargain compared to OEM. Plus, it has the pizza opening and stone that comes with it.

That looks incredible.

Whenever I hear (see) the word "Shawarma" all I can think about is that post-credits scene from the 1st Avengers movie, when they're sitting around after getting all beat up . . .

'Course the best scene was the Hulk flipping Loki around like a rag doll . . .
