Hello everyone! Haven't posted on here in a while but I can say I've been loving my Weber since I got it a few years ago. I'm curious to others experiences with different types of bbqing. My dad has a traeger and my friend a green egg, many times we go back to the Weber for the smoke flavor it leaves on meat compared to either. I'm sure many here will agree with me but I can't get over how great the Weber really is lol. Anyway for my first grill in a while I found some American wagyu sirloin tips at Costco, cooked them indirectly over some hard lump charcoal. Came out amazing. You cannot view this attachment.

Looking good!! The simplicity of the Weber grill is what makes it so enjoyable, sure there are more expensive grills with exciting gizmos but I love the simple outdoor oven style that the kettle gives

At first I thought you were asking for tips on grilling sirloin, but looks like you don't need those!

Here's one anyway... eat as much as you can!

Your steaks look wonderful, and I have to agree. Sometimes there's just nothing like the flavor of beef cooked on a Weber kettle. Millions will agree! Thanks for sharing.

Those look great!
Love your red - and your grill buddy. :D

Some things are just right and hard to improve on. The Weber Kettle is one of them. Great looking steaks.
