Hello! Nice to join. Been grilling since I was in high school, but I got really into grilling and smoking during the pandemic. I now own a performer, two Smokey Joes, two 18” WSMs, a 14” WSM, and I just picked up a beat up 2006 kettle to have a permanent rotisserie/pizza oven hub. I’m a graphic designer by day, and enjoy being outside as much as I can. I post a lot of stories and pics of my grilling adventures and good local beer on my IG, if anyone else is on there too. Looking forward to learning more from this forum. Cheers!
