Saturday Evening Smash Burgers on the Summit

These were planned for a kettle on the plancha, but it took too long to season…. So it’s lodge cast iron on the Summit.  Man these were good.  Keto brownies with low carb Breyers ice cream for dessert.

Y’all smashing me out with all these burgers!  Not a huge smash griller but all these cooks y’all smashing I’ll take the hint!!  On schedule for when I get back home.
