More Tacos! This time on the Statesman

Happy Friday all!

We missed Taco Tuesday so tonight was the night 

More or less the same cook a I did a few weeks back but on the Statesman this time. My youngest also wanted hard taco shells so we gave these cheese ones a try and they were actually quite good.

I just love the richness of the flavor when using the cast iron on a kettle...
