‘Grill Rescue’ - Anybody use one of these grate cleaners?

Looking for feedback from anyone that has one or has used one.
Supposed to be safer than the metal bristle brushes.

I don't see any kind of list?
Are you looking at a chemical or a device?
What are you trying to clean or rescue, old dried on grease/food or rust?
