Just a good old pork shoulder. Yellow mustard with a pinch of holy voodoo, killer hogs AP rub and sweet preacher rub. On the ssp for 4 hours with a couple chunks of cherry wood. In the slow cooker for tomorrow . Wifes going to make Indian fry bread to put it on.
