Rainy night brisket
« on: August 01, 2022, 04:03:56 AM »
Little battle with the rain but the brisket turned out grate. @jebivswife said it was the best one ever. It was all devoured so a good sign that everyone enjoyed.

Looks wonderful, was worried for the Wood Dale lid, but I guess you had it secured.  Nice slicing, love the hanging lanterns too.

Looks awesome!   I like the Wood Dale 18 rain cap over the vent.

The ranch is the best low and slow cooker I’ve used.  So stable.  I actually prefer it over the summit for lns.

Great brisket cook Joe!

You have a great back yard for entertaining!  When’s the next wkc meetup in Atl?

Not his first rodeo.
The picture of the finished brisket still on the grate is money.

It had a little heat in it from the ranch vent, this one changes color quick!

Great looking brisket, sliced ip has nice color and ring. The brisket looks so small in that ranch.
