The afternoon/evening started with this, Micheladas!!

First cooked up a chicken for tomorrow dinner, chicken quesadillas.

Bacon wrapped hot dogs

Rewarming the dogs, warming the buns, some seasoned curly fries, roasted yellow and jalapeno peppers, and some sauteed onion with yellow and jalapeno peppers.

Plated

Your gonna have to look up the recipe yourself Larry, there are so many variations, most have Clamato or tomato juice and I don't like it that way.

These were made with koser salt and chiptole powder on the rim that was rubbed down with a lime, juice of one lime, a dash or two of soy sauce, wooster sauce, Tabasco sauce, and about 1-2 tsp of Chamoy sauce. Fill glass half way with ice and add beer, I used Pacifico. When the glass is about half full with beer give everything a good mix.

Great looking eats as always John! I bet those chicken quesadillas will be bangi'n! What is the best taco/burrito place in your area?
