First attempt at Beef Plate Ribs
« on: November 11, 2021, 09:32:45 AM »
Threw some beef ribs on my 18” WSM. They came out super juicy and the taste was amazing!!! Definitely going to do these plate ribs more often.

Looks great!
I swear, when I score a great deal on a 26" I'll stop buying grills... So often.

Looks a lot better than my first attempt !!
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Looks really good!  I’ve done them once and was surprised at the great flavors and amount of meat we had.  It was easily enough for two meals for me and my wife.  I think we enjoyed the leftovers (burnt end style) more than the original dinner lol…Love cooking on the WSM, will be doing two pork butts this weekend.
