Thanks!  These are Radio Flyer tricycle back wheels.  They're actually pretty cheap.

That's it.  Two needed of course for a grill conversion.  I will mention that it depends on the axle length of your triangle's axle that dictates whether the cap will successfully grab on.  I had to do a little grinding on the outer triangle support which gave me just enough axle for a set of 3/8 SS shaft collars to grab.  Another kettle I modified didn't need any grinding because the axle was a little longer.

They look great! Looks like a showroom display.

I got my old demo cleaned up. Doesn't look new like yours but sure looks better than it did. Fixed up the front leg that was rusted at the bottom with a piece of conduit.
