Veggie Time of the Year!

I made a pesto style marinate for the vegetables.  Consisted of garlic, salt, pepper, EVOO, oregano, basil and thyme.  Blended all together and coated the veggies with it.  Very tasty!









Sirloins coated with Wolfe Rub Bold. Grilled 3 minutes per side for a perfect medium rare.

Awesome cook Larry!

I really like that veggie marinad and will be trying it soon. Those sirloins were nothing short of perfection! Thanks for sharing that! :)
