Monday TBone

Kids are out of town at a conference. So we did a wonderful dinner on my SmokeFire. Ran it at 500. Corn on about 20-25, TBones the same. Maybe a little less for steaks. Used Kinders SPG for the steaks.

Well I was going to do that but I ended up cutting around the bone…and kind of mangled it in the process. It was really good though. Pretty tender in places and all. Little fatty though.
