A hog pog of rubs and brown sugar and butter added than wrapped after about 3 hours, the method was more of an oops, leftover lump in the SNS and added some lit new along with 2 chunks of peach, got busy working on the deck, fire got a little hot, thus the wrap dialed down the temp, I was very pleased that the lump responded real quick to the vent changes. Went for another 2 hours after the wrap. They were awesome !!

Awesome cook Joe, ribs look marvelous!  I've found that my GB 26" vents are super tight and temp changes are very responsive to vent adjustments as well.  Nice custom handles there too......
