That is a nice grill love this model,seen all the time for 125 to 200 . You got a deal early 2000 model.

Quite a bit different. Looks great.
Are you missing the frame cross tubes at the bottom by the rack?
That could probably use some reinforcement so the upper frame connections don't get tweaked if you were to hit a sidewalk seam or something when moving the grill around and come to a sudden stop.

I think this model uses the shelf as the cross bracing, Looking at the exploded view in the manual.  Also I didn't see any evidence of tubes having been there.

Then I guess it didn't come with them.
When I  have seen these I just figured the tube nuts rotted out and were removed.

I had a Genesis silver B for 20 years, rebuilt it a few times, handed down to kids and it is still in use.
Nice find, and great job on the rehab, it came out looking great!
Happiness is found under the lid of a charcoal grill.

That is a Genesis Silver C.
That particular rack on the bottom does not require cross bars.
Although that rack is more common on Genesis Gold C's.

Silver C = plus side burner
