Salmon grilled on a cedar plank

Salmon cooked on a cedar plank on the bbq
Marinated in chilli, lime, ginger and lemongrass sauce
Cooked in 15 minutes on a temperature of 300
Interna temperature of the salmon reached 125 and laid to rest for 5 minutes.

Cedar planked salmon looks tasty.
I’ve not grilled cedar plank salmon in ten years. I might have to try it again.

Thanks guys it was great! Yesterday I did prawns wrapped in sole and stupidly forgot to take pictures! DUH! Scrumptious so I’ll do it again and post here. [emoji38]
