Got a tritip, and some flank steak in the discount/markdown section at Fry’s. Used up leftover brisket in mixture for the peppers. On the copper 22”. Flanks took about 10 minutes, the tritip about an hour, the peppers about 1.5 hours. Turned out good. Used pecan chunks.

Looks very tasty King! I recently discovered pepper poppers and they are addictive. Nice pics too....
