Looks awesome!  How does the Smokefire do for searing a burger?   They have great color.

I did them on that wired cookie sheet. Didn’t have to flip them. About 30 minutes at 300, then 375, for another 20. Removed when they reached 140. Used 80/20 ground beef, added Worcestershire, and two eggs. Couple tablespoons of salt lick original seasoning. Those are about .75 lbs each.

Those look really good.  You have some very interesting and different cooks.  It’s fun to see how others put a spin on something like a burger.  Love your pics too - I’m a visual guy and believe a good picture tells the story.[emoji106]

I remember 20 years ago when I was trying to cook 1.5 inch burgers high and fast and never heard of low and slow or a thermometer.

Lol I wish I could’ve made burgers like this when I first began grilling.

These burgers look amazing!  Great cook!
