Bacon lattice Pork Loin

Pork loin, kosher salt and pepper, baccon lattice, Jon Sage's bbq rub, 5 min over direct, 40 min over indirect with a piece of mesquite. delicious.

Amazing. It was the best pork loin I've ever made. Before anyone grabbed a slice, people kept picking at any loose piece of bacon that was on the serving platter.
Looks tasty, you can’t beat bacon!
