Hello Weber Fans. New Northern California (Bay Area) member checking in.

Like most of you I have been grilling for years.  I have three kettles and love them so much I built a work bench around two them over the summer. Photo attached. I also love the Weber Smokey Mountain and after years of pork butts, ribs, and turkeys, I just smoked my first Brisket last weekend.

Looking forward to reading what you all are up to with your kettles.

Yes, they happen every summer. I don’t believe the Climate Change argument. More validity in poor forest management policies leaving decades of fuel rotting on the ground.
