Howdy from Texas. Recently sold my gigantic offset smoker and replaced it with  the 26 inch Weber grill. I built a table for it and given I’m not much of a handy guy, it turned out pretty good, in my opinion. I’ve since added couple more items to the grill and will post the pictures later. Hmm! Can’t figure out how to add pictures at this point. I’ll keep trying.

Here’s some pics. I added an aftermarket thermometer, enlarged the charcoal basket and added a custom hinge for the lid. Lid locks in place when raised and is very east to open an close now.

I will say I have done away with offset smokers for a reason. You can do anything on a 26 with a ton less fuel. Wound never look back
