That looks good. A couple of suggestions. Try John Stage's Red Rub (https://www.thedailymeal.com/dinosaur-bar-b-ques-red-rub-recipe). That is my go-to rub for pork tenderloins; my family loves it. For baked beans, I've mentioned before and I will say again, you cannot be Kent Rollins' Cowboy Beans. They are amazing (https://kentrollins.com/cowboy-baked-beans/). I only use 3 chipotle peppers and two to three spoonfuls of the adobo sauce, otherwise I think they get too spicy.
