Bob "Ramsfan" Black

Bob's wife contacted me to let me know Bob lost his battle with cancer. Bob passed away on 7/16/2020. I promised Bob I would let the WKC know when the time came. Bob and I were Weber trading partners for 7 years and got to know each other pretty well. He will be missed.

Bob was a Grate Grillfella, I’m thankful to have interacted with him on more than one occasion. He will be missed.

Sad news. He had been a fixture here for quite a while especially in the early years. May he rest in peace. [emoji22]

Rest In Peace,
@ramsfan
Bob. You touch many over the years and you’ll be missed.
@harris92
is there a link for his obituary and/or memorial contribution?

Thanks for the notification on this, Stephen. I had many transactions with Bob, as well. Whenever I would go to his house for a trade, I would wind up being there for an hour or two, just chatting about grills. Good guy... died way too young.

I didn't know him, but I am sorry for the family's loss and to anyone else was grill buddies with this fella. My condolences.

So sad. I never had contact with him, but he sure sounds like he was a stand up guy. Rest In Peace Ramsfan.
