Have two Weber 22" kettles, a "C" and an "ER." Which I guess means I've been grilling on them a longer than I like to think about... Love that Weber carries spare parts so I can keep them running. Starting to dabble in pork shoulders and smoking so I think I'm going to have some questions.

Just to practice, attaching an action shot of one of my chimneys. Still has some life left! Note the binder clip technology standing in for the burned out top handle rivet.

You have found the right place, great group of helpful people willing to share. Welcome from just south of Chicago, IL!
I swear, when I score a great deal on a 26" I'll stop buying grills... So often.

In the Bay Are as well. Pork shoulders are not as intimidating as they seem. Good item to start smoking journey. Make sure you have plenty of time to get past the stall, takes awhile to get to that 190-20 degrees.
