Really getting into the cedar plank.  The salmon and cedar is an incredible flavor combination and that's what this cook was centered around, for me. But this meal was thrown together with everyone requesting what they wanted. So I put some steak kabobs with it and some mexican rice. Oh, and greens beans with cresent rolls. Ha! This was a fun cook and everybody got what they wanted.

Incredible looking meal!  I love a little smoke flavor of any kind on salmon. It really makes it special. I’m too cheap to by the planks so I’ll just cook indirect with a little smoke wood in the coals.

Again great looking meal!

Love that red gasser.
