I bought a $17 grill from Wal-Mart about a year ago thinking I would only use it once, however that one time manifested into a weekly ritual. I used that grill up until last month and bought a master touch. I love it! I smoked a pork shoulder Saturday for the first time and smoked ribs for the first time the Saturday before! Thanks to WKC for the tips and making my first experiences with low and slow great!
