Looking for help, I have a few Weber torches and don’t have the poles, any advice?

Measure the diameter of the opening & check out shower rods, conduit & black pipe at Home Depot (or wherever). If they are black, paint it black. If SS, see if you can find a SS shower rod. You can always go a bit smaller & throw in a rivet or nut & bolt.
