Grill Grate for Weber 26.75 and Weber Summit Charcoal grill

Does anyone own both grills and if so are the grates interchangeable? I have the 26 but want the grate from the summit due to the gourmet bbq system accessories.

I can't show you a demonstration to prove that they're not interchangeable, but I'd bet my left arm that they're not.

Honestly, I have a pizza stone that would fit on my 26" no problem, and I could find a griddle that would fit without a lot of difficulty... my wok won't fit under the lid, but that's only because it has a long handle on one side - one with two loop handles would fit easily.  I've pined over the GBS accessories, but having this much space kind of makes them redundant.

About 99 percent sure they aren't interchangeable.  For the price of one summit grate you could probably find a used mastertouch anyways.

I have both.  They are not interchangeable.  I wish they were though.  I would love to have the gourmet BBQ grate in my 26.

The gbs accessories can sit on top of the grate.  I do that all of the time.
