I had a SSP cart laying around with an extra 22” so I thought....why not make these work together.
Started by cutting off the bottom cross bar support as I knew I had to get it closer to the ground to fit the WSM into stainless cut out. So I moved it as low as I could and welded it back in place and ran the axle through it. I also did this to the front but in hind sight that was not needed.
I then raised the side supports to the height needed for the bowl to sit off the ground and the cross bar mentioned above. Re-welded these in place.
Added kettle brackets to the supports for bowl to sit in.
Added hinge for lid.
Added Cajun bandit door.
New handles.
This thing is so easy to move around!
All that is left will be a charcoal basket to make ash clean out very easy.
