For years I have been enjoying the weber charcoal grills provided at our vacation destination with my family. My father bought one six years ago, and after years of envy and curiosity, the burgers I grilled at his place last week were the final straw.
In the market for a new grill as my faithful propane had done its best for seven years and finally played out, I pulled the trigger on the original weber kettle 22”. Got a charcoal stove for starting quicker and a cover.
I was very pleased to find this forum and the excellent food pics and ideas. I have smoked via propane smoker for awhile now too, and I am giddy to try my weber.
Thank you for allowing me to join your prestigious group and bask in your smoky excellence. I am looking forward to learning and will hopefully someday contribute something of use in return.
