Beef jerky

I’m not brave enough to try this on any of my grills just yet...but someday. I have approx 8lbs of meat to do.

I do mine on the kettle. Use my SnS. Takes about 4 hours . And it’s pretty darn good

I do mine in the wsm as well.
Love it.
I slice it about ¼ inch thick, rub it with cure and seasoning let it marinate about 24 hrs. Then skewer it and hang it through the top grate. Water pan wrapped in foil and try to maintain 180° for 6-8 hrs.

You can do it in your WSM. But since you have a dehydrator...you probably don’t need to. You can do it in the oven too (but be sure to put foil on the bottom).
