Simple, quick and delicious homemade Chinese food. You can control the amount of oil and sodium cooking at home AND save money!  Whole meal for 4 people was right around $12.

I did another more traditional Kung Pao last night, with just carrots, celery, onion, nuts and sauce and it was SPOT ON.   I NEVER and I mean never have been happy with Chinese food I make at home.  Mainly because you need hotter than hot heat to do it right.  Saturday night when doing it on the grill, it was very good.  Last night it was better than ordering out.  I've made a lot of 'Chinese' food and last night was the first time I've ever thought it was better than the restaruant!  I took some pic's I'll post later, this is one time I wish I had done another video.
