The Butcher Shoppe in Pcola is having Malcom Reed coming March 7th for a demo cook and meet and greet. I’ll be there helping throughout the cook. We’re going to be cooking A9 Wagyu briskets for sampling from 10-2. Would love to meet other WKC members in my area !
