Pizza style fatty picture heavy

So is really windy and not to cold so I decided to do a pizza fatty.

Made a small one this time.

1lb bacon
3/4 lb Italian sausage
3/4 lb ground chuck
1/2 lb pepperoni
1 red, 1 yellow, & 1 green pepper grilled
1 small onion
Red sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Oregano, parsley, pepper, salt, and second city prime seasoning

Well it turned out great. Took some to the local pub for my bartender friend and had a drink with the wife. Now everyone wants some lol I may need to cook 3 or 4 and bring them over to them.

Looks incredible!  Ive stuffed a pork loin with similar ingredients and it was great. I’ll have to try this.

I did forget one thing... forgot to incorporate the red sauce into the meat. Still great and a was moist but I just missed the red sauce.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Go ahead and make one. The best thing is toss whatever you like on your normal pizza or “ZA” as we in Chicago call it.

I’m making this tonight for an Italian themed pitch in party of sorts. Only thing I did different is make a fatty within a fatty minus the bacon on the inner one. Looking forward to it.

Looks good how’s it taste?

It tasted great. Tons of flavor. The pepperoni and peppers really make it pop. It didn’t last long.  I used a small chunk of cherry also which really gave it a nice subtle smoke flavor.
