Monday night delight
« on: November 04, 2019, 03:47:18 PM »
After grabbing some tritip we decided to do a fatty. Had some really cheap pork chops, so we threw it all on. We will see in a bit how it turns out. The fatty looks horrible. My not to bright kidos just grabbed the first bacon they looked at. Not much meat and super fatty. So, hopefully it turns out. Will ad more pics when it’s done.

Looks good to me! Can't expect everything to look like a Michelangelo - how did it taste?

And the pork chops these where cooked in hoisin sauce, soy, garlic, and onion. Took a bite, and it was very tasty.
